Being a franchise lawyer requires a strong commercial focus and Tsungai has over a decade’s experience in commercial law.
Complementing his expertise in franchising, Tsungai also has experience in litigation and disputes, intellectual property law, retail leasing, commercial property law, property financing, insurance, and immigration law. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court, County Court and Magistrates Court.
He also has the invaluable hands-on experience of being a former franchise, and an executive director existing companies in Victoria. Tsungai is friendly and approachable, and prides himself on being a problem solver and legal strategist with a solution-focused approach.
Tsungai graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor, and he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Financial Planning and Commercial Law) from Deakin University. He is a Legal Practitioner and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
